Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for End-to-End GEO Execution services provided by Prajeesh Meethale under the Archdrift brand. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any plan.

Key Policy

No refunds are issued once a billing month has commenced and service delivery has begun.

This applies to all three tiers — Foundation, Authority, and Category Leader — as significant time and resources are committed at the start of each billing cycle.

Monthly Subscription Nature

All GEO Execution plans operate on a monthly subscription basis. Each subscription period begins on the date of payment confirmation and covers a rolling 30-day period. Services for the upcoming month are planned, scoped, and commenced at the start of each cycle.

No Refund Policy

Once a billing month has commenced and service delivery has begun, no refunds will be issued — in full or in part — regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind or business direction.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI platform behaviour (which is outside our control).
  • Delayed response or inaction on the Client's part that slows delivery.
  • External business events or budget changes.

This policy exists because GEO Execution involves bespoke research, content creation, and technical implementation that begins immediately upon payment and cannot be reclaimed once delivered.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription and prevent the next billing cycle, you must provide written notice at least 30 calendar days before your next renewal date. Cancellation requests must be sent to:

Subject line: “Cancellation Request — [Your Company Name]”

A cancellation confirmation will be sent within 2 business days. If notice is not received 30 days before renewal, the next month's payment will be charged and services will continue for that billing period.

Pre-Commencement Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription before any service delivery has commenced (i.e., within 24 hours of the initial payment and before onboarding begins), a full refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the Service Provider. To request this, contact us immediately at prajeeshmeethale@gmail.com.

This exception applies only to the first month of a new engagement and is not applicable to subsequent renewals.

Service Suspension by Provider

In the event that the Service Provider is unable to fulfil the agreed deliverables due to circumstances within our control (e.g., prolonged illness, force majeure directly affecting service delivery), a pro-rated credit or partial refund for undelivered work may be offered at the Service Provider's discretion.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at prajeeshmeethale@gmail.com. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of services and recovery of outstanding amounts.
