1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ArchDrift (archdrift.com) and our associated applications, APIs, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ArchDrift provides AI visibility benchmarking, prompt simulation, search/retrieval optimization (SRO) analysis, and citation intelligence across major LLM ecosystems. The insights, scores, and recommendations generated are based on programmatic inferences and simulated buyer journeys.
3. User Accounts & Security
When you register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source algorithms from the ArchDrift Investigation Engine.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation with any organization.
- Circumvent rate limits, abuse automated crawlers, or disrupt service integrity.
- Inject malicious payloads or conduct security probing without explicit written authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
ArchDrift and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, including proprietary simulation algorithms, user interfaces, branding, and documentation. You retain all rights to your own company data and trademarks submitted to the platform.
6. Fees, Credits, and Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service require paid subscriptions or credit allocations. All fees are clearly presented prior to purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund terms are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our investigation engine leverages multi-engine LLM simulations to deliver accurate visibility data, third-party AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) continuously update their weights and knowledge sources. We do not guarantee specific commercial sales outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArchDrift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
