Terms & Conditions

Archdrift provides End-to-End GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) Execution services — a managed freelance consulting service focused on improving a brand's visibility within AI-powered search engines including but not limited to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews, and Grok.

Services are offered under three tiers:

• +Foundation (₹90,000/month) — AI visibility fundamentals, technical optimisation, structured data, entity optimisation, AI search tracking, and monthly reporting.
• +Authority (₹1,25,000/month) — Everything in Foundation plus competitor analysis, AI search monitoring, citation opportunities, demand research, and weekly strategy sessions.
• +Category Leader (₹1,60,000/month) — Complete AI visibility programme with digital PR, original research, competitive campaigns, executive reporting, and full technical ownership.

The specific scope of deliverables will be confirmed in writing at the time of engagement.

All services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Invoices are raised at the start of each billing cycle and are payable within 7 business days. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

Payment must be made via the payment link provided (Razorpay). Late payments beyond 14 days may result in suspension of service delivery until outstanding dues are settled.

Deliverables will be outlined in a project brief agreed upon before commencement. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on Client responsiveness, third-party platform changes, and the complexity of technical implementations.

The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to deliver within agreed timelines but does not guarantee specific ranking outcomes in AI search results. AI platforms independently determine citation and reference behaviour.

The Client agrees to:

• +Provide timely access to relevant platforms, websites, and content.
• +Respond to queries and review requests within 5 business days.
• +Ensure all provided information is accurate and lawful.
• +Not engage competing service providers for the same scope without prior notice.

All original content, strategies, frameworks, and deliverables created by the Service Provider for the Client become the Client's property upon receipt of full payment for the applicable period.

The Service Provider retains the right to use anonymised case study data, aggregated insights, and general methodologies for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the Client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, or technical details shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the Agreement for a period of two (2) years.

The Service Provider's liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the two (2) months preceding the claim. The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunity.

The Service Provider does not guarantee specific positions or citation frequency in any AI platform's output, as these are determined independently by third-party AI providers.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices for work completed or in progress become immediately due. Refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
